• Act as an extension of the client’s human resources department to administer all aspects of the leave of absence and accommodation process for their employees. • Complete all administrative tasks related to leave of absence and accommodation management utilizing a date-driven leave of absence system. • Execute new leave requests, complete reminder phone calls, emails, and return to work communication. • Determine eligibility for federal leave of absence and accommodation regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.), state leave regulations, and other client-specific leave policies. • Maintain accurate records in the system for each leave of absence and accommodation case. • Communicate with employees about their eligibility for leave and wage replacement options. • Generate and send all required leave notices and paperwork within the designated timeframe. • Work closely with the employee to assist with timely return of required paperwork. • Review medical certifications and other documentation to determine if employee qualifies for leave. • Generate and send designation notices to employees within the appropriate time frame. • Provide frequent updates to clients regarding an employee’s leave request, status, and return to work dates. • Act in an advisory role for reasonable accommodations under ADA and process approvals per the client’s direction. • Help clients navigate complicated leave of absence cases and regulations. • Generate weekly and ad-hoc reports for clients and employees.
Job Requirements
- A graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 years of Human Resources experience with at least two years of experience working with day-to-day leave of absence, FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA administration.
- A detail orientated individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills, and the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a collaborative environment.
- Able to use independent judgment and expertise to manage groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially proficiency working with Excel and Access.
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills who understands that our business objective is to provide superior customer service and can handle conflict in a professional manner.
- An internally motivated individual looking to grow personally and professionally.

The Lead Solutions Consultant is responsible for defining and owning the solution strategy for Aptean EAM and Patch OEE throughout the pre-sales process. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers in asset-intensive and manufacturing-driven industries, translating complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomes. Operating in an AI-first software environment, you will articulate how predictive insights, intelligent analytics, and data-driven decision-making enhance maintenance strategies, asset performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Every week brings variety — from delivering executive briefings to C-level stakeholders, to running in-depth discovery workshops, showcasing tailored product demonstrations, and supporting business case and value realization discussions for strategic European opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Lead discovery workshops and assessments to understand customer asset management, maintenance, and production performance challenges. - Position Aptean EAM and Patch OEE as strategic, AI-enabled solutions that drive reliability, uptime, efficiency, and operational excellence. - Design and deliver compelling, tailored software demonstrations aligned to customer processes and industry challenges. - Clearly articulate the value of AI-driven capabilities such as predictive maintenance, performance analytics, and intelligent insights. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and Executive leadership. - Partner closely with Sales to define winning solution strategies and support deal execution. - Collaborate with Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure solution alignment and smooth handover. - Support RFP/RFI responses, value propositions, and business cases. - Provide leadership and mentoring to other Solutions Consultants as a senior member of the presales team. Role Description Under the supervision of UN Women, in collaboration with the Project Implementation Team including national and international consultants, and in close coordination with MoFSS, the International Consultant on Socio-Economic Empowerment of VAWG Survivors will be responsible for the following tasks: - Provision of technical expertise to strengthen capacity development interventions, policy protocols and knowledge products on women’s socio‑economic empowerment in EVAW contexts, in line with international standards and good practices. - Preparation of technical comparative inputs by: - Conducting desk-based comparative analyses of international and regional good practices on women’s socio-economic empowerment in EVAW sensitive and post-crisis contexts. - Producing concise, policy-oriented technical briefs highlighting relevant models, standards, safeguards, and lessons learned. - Delivery of technical input through online sessions by designing and delivering online technical sessions for MoFSS personnel and relevant programme partners. - Support the revision of the Skills Mapping and Gap Analysis and the development of a policy-oriented way forward. - Provision of technical inputs to training curricula and knowledge products. - Support to the finalization of project deliverables by providing technical quality assurance and consolidation support. - Technical support for the development and implementation of monitoring and results frameworks related to women’s socio‑economic empowerment. Qualifications - A master’s degree or equivalent in economics, women’s studies, development studies, social work, psychology, social policy, labour studies, or a related field is required. - A first‑level university degree in a related field, combined with an additional two years of qualifying professional experience, may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree. Requirements - At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible professional experience providing technical or advisory support on women’s socio-economic empowerment, livelihoods, employment, or labour market–related programming. - Demonstrated experience in policy-oriented analysis or technical advisory work related to women’s economic empowerment in EVAW-sensitive, humanitarian, post-crisis, or fragile contexts. - Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluation, or results-based frameworks for socio-economic empowerment or related programmes. - Demonstrated experience in providing capacity development support to governmental and non‑governmental actors. - Experience in producing policy-relevant knowledge products and facilitating technical briefings or learning sessions.
