• Reporting directly to the CEO, this key executive will live at the intersection of editorial excellence and content strategy. • Oversee WTWH's multi-platform content ecosystem across all industry desks, aligning editorial direction with data-driven creator strategies to deepen professional audience engagement and drive brand-to-demand revenue streams. • Build a B2B Creator Framework: Hire, retain, and develop specialized multi-format editorial staff, transforming traditional B2B writers into authoritative industry creators who command dedicated, repeat professional audiences. • Manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse team, helping early-career journalists and creators level up their skills while guiding seasoned editors and subject-matter experts to adapt to multi-platform publishing. • Act as a hands-on leader to develop creators' on-camera and on-mic presence for high-impact social media, webinars, podcasts, and digital video programming to extend content creation beyond the written word. • Train content creators to utilize digital analytics tools and performance reporting to make data-driven content adjustments that optimize reach and community loyalty. • Support and guide internal creators to translate editorial priorities into high-impact programming for WTWH’s 30+ in-person events, developing cross-platform content packages that directly enhance premium sponsorships and ticket sales. • Align creator-led initiatives with the company’s digital lead generation, native advertising, and sponsored content programs to deliver measurable ROI for brand marketing partners. • Develop and create content processes that specifically focus on scale and the unique monetization opportunities that come with highly targeted B2B professional audiences. • Protect absolute editorial integrity and high journalism standards while seamlessly supporting overarching corporate business objectives and marketing partner goals. • Set the high-level editorial vision, framework, and voice that shapes how WTWH presents its ideas, technical insights, and industry research across all channels.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior editorial and content strategy leadership experience, ideally within a multi-platform B2B media or digital marketing organization.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and inspiring diverse digital teams, specifically multi-format content creators, influencer-style B2B talent, or specialized industry journalists.
  • Demonstrated success developing content strategies that directly link professional audience growth, community loyalty, and data-driven insights to commercial revenue pipelines (events, webinars, podcasts, and digital subscriptions).
  • Exceptional workflow optimization and project management skills, showing an ability to pair strict operational rigor with creative and ambitious storytelling.
  • Proven ability to guide large creative teams through organizational change, digital transformation, and the onboarding of new distribution channels or content management platforms.
  • Strong strategic curiosity and hands-on comfort using modern digital tools, emerging media networks, and AI workflows to maximize content output at scale.
  • High emotional intelligence paired with premium communication skills, demonstrating the capacity to build trust, lead through influence, and motivate creators at every level of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, or a closely related field required; a master’s or advanced degree is considered a plus.
