• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process. • Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail. • Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge. • Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities. • Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks. • Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions. • Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.

Role Description The GBS Divisional Senior Financial & Actuarial Consultant is a key leadership role within the Health and Benefits division. The role includes delivering actuarial and underwriting expertise, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of best practices across regions. In this role, you’ll lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and internal teams.
