In this role, you’ll lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and internal teams. You’ll provide resources, tools and training to the team for: - Underwriting analysis - Developing financial projections - Calculation of reserves - Plan design modeling - Overall financial analysis of US employer benefit plans You’ll act as a mentor and coach, supporting the professional growth of analysts and consultants.
