Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Engineer
  • Strong SQL skills - writing complex queries, optimizing performance
  • Experience working with at least one cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions independently
  • Fluent English - international teams and clients
  • Good knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy) for data analysis and automation (Data Analyst)
  • Experience with dbt (or similar) for data transformation and modeling (Data Analyst)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) (BI Engineer)
  • Experience designing and building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders (BI Engineer)
  • Understanding of data warehouse design and dimensional modeling (BI Engineer)

Role Description The Power BI Lead is the technical and architectural authority for all BI reporting across MCP/LOS. This person sets the standard - owns the semantic layer, governs the data model, mentors the analyst, and manages intake - while remaining hands-on building the most complex reports and dashboards.
