Field Service Engineer II

Repligen Corporation

• Responsible for installing, qualifying, maintaining, and servicing Repligen products. • Hands-on, field-based role operating across Europe requiring travel for installations, qualifications, training, and troubleshooting. • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). • Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories. • Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms. • Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts. • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience of in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.
  • Experience of working in Cleanrooms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude.
  • GMP or GLP experience preferred.
  • Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

Role Description The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products. The FCR is responsible for working with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.
