VP, Event Content – Strategy

• The VP, Event Content & Strategy is the senior executive responsible for defining and delivering CRA’s content strategy across its portfolio of innovative tradeshows and events. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the overarching theme and positioning of the conference or event, ensuring a cohesive experiential journey across live, digital and social touchpoints. • Establish and manage effectively advisory boards, ensuring the boards leverage practitioner and executive expertise and support the events’ strategic and business objectives. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and analyze industry trends to ensure the chosen theme resonates with the target audience. • Develop a compelling narrative that effectively communicates the event's value proposition and differentiates it from competitors.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior event, content strategy, media, or B2B information leadership experience, with strong preference for cybersecurity or technology markets.
  • Proven experience leading experiential live events with integrated digital and social media strategies, including prior experience working in or with agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand content operations across in-person and digital events, and community platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building full-funnel content strategies tied to measurable audience and commercial outcomes across in-person events, virtual experiences, digital platforms and social media channels.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills with a track record of using KPIs and audience insights to shape strategy.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and executive communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
