Environmental Testing/Inspection Scheduling/Dispatch Manager

Employment Process Group

• Lead, coach, train, and develop a Coordinating Department team of up to 10 staff members • Oversee scheduling, dispatch operations, and client communication activities • Own departmental performance metrics, quality standards, and customer experience outcomes • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, workflows, and quality-control processes • Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing coaching and performance management • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new coordinators as the company grows • Handle escalated client and operational issues while supporting successful resolution • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiency • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth initiatives • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing remote employees and distributed teams
  • Background in operations, scheduling, dispatch, coordination, customer service, or other client-facing operational environments
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort working within multiple software platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees while maintaining accountability
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous remote team management experience preferred
  • Experience within restoration, environmental testing, construction, field services, or related industries strongly preferred
