Service Delivery Manager – Google Workspace

• Verantwortung für das Projekt und Service Management über den gesamten Kunden Lifecycle hinweg. • Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion und Koordination komplexer Anforderungen zwischen Kunden, Sales, internen Tech Teams sowie externen Partnern. • Durchführung regelmäßiger Service Reviews inklusive der Überwachung von SLAs und Kennzahlen. • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Support Strukturen, Service Prozessen und Managed Services Verträgen. • Proaktive Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich Best Practices sowie strategische Platzierung von neuen Workspace Themen. • Aktive Erforschung neuer Trends im Cloud Umfeld und kontinuierlicher Wissensaustausch im Team.

Job Requirements

  • Einschlägige relevante Berufserfahrung und technisches Verständnis für den Betrieb von IT-Systemen im Google Umfeld.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement idealerweise untermauert durch Zertifizierungen in Bereichen wie Scrum, Prince2 oder ITIL.
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und dem Drive, bestehende Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Kunden sowie ein starker Teamgeist bei der internen Zusammenarbeit.
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch in Konfliktsituationen professionell, souverän und lösungsorientiert zu agieren.
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch im professionellen Kundenkontakt.
  • Die Bereitschaft, die Absicherung unseres Cloud Betriebs durch die regelmäßige Teilnahme am Rufdienst engagiert zu unterstützen.
