Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer who will help us identify and attract top talent across different business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while working as a part of the Talent Acquisition team. - Source and identify potential candidates for Junior and Middle-level positions across various departments. - Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, Telegram communities, referrals, and other platforms. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Conduct initial candidate research and profile assessments based on predefined requirements. - Add and maintain candidate information in Workable ATS. - Ensure candidate profiles, notes, and statuses are accurate and up to date. - Support recruitment operations and maintain candidate databases. - Assist with employee data administration and selected HR processes in HiBob. - Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline progress. - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and market trends. Qualifications - 6+ months of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, job boards, Telegram channels, and other sourcing platforms. - Understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent market research. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information. - Experience working with ATS systems will be an advantage (Workable experience is a plus). - Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob will be considered a plus. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - English level — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
