Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product management or a strategy and operations role at a technology company
- A track record of driving cross-functional projects independently, from scoping through to delivery
- Comfortably move between operational detail and strategic framing; writing a sharp requirements brief and running a stakeholder alignment session
- Communicate with clarity and directness in both English and German, written and spoken (C1/C2 in both)
- Experience working directly with founders or executives in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus
- Take ownership seriously and hold yourself to a high standard: when something lands on your plate, it gets done excellently
- A genuine interest in how AI is changing the ways of working
