• Daily campaign management across our owned channels (Meta, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, TikTok) – including bid optimization, budget control, and testing of audiences and placements • Creative testing – close collaboration with the Creative team to create briefs, execute and iterate ad creatives, and document learnings • Performance reporting – preparation of weekly dashboards and monthly deep dives; analysis of channel-based CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and quality-of-acquisition metrics (e.g., payback period and retention rate) • Channel testing – design and execution of structured tests on new channels, including robust measurement methodology and well-founded stop/scale decisions • Tactical coordination with external partners in CTV/LTV/Programmatic – briefings, weekly alignments and creative reviews • Attribution & tooling – ensuring a clean MMP setup (Adjust) and close collaboration with the Data team to analyze data and Marketing Mix Models (MMM) • Collaboration with adjacent teams – especially Organic Social Media, Brand, CRM and Creative • Ensuring compliance – adherence to regulatory requirements in the German lottery market (GlüStV, GGL) and implementation of corresponding paid-marketing policies
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid User Acquisition or Performance Marketing for a B2C app or consumer product
- Strong platform expertise in at least two of the following: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads
- Experience with programmatic display / DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Practical experience in creative testing – able to create creative briefs, set up A/B test structures, analyze results and iterate accordingly
- Strong understanding of attribution and data analysis – solid knowledge of MMPs and attribution (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch), iOS/Android tracking, SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and event mapping; you enjoy working in a data-driven way
- Excellent analytical skills – confident with dashboards, GA4, Adjust or comparable tools, and spreadsheet modeling; able to produce clean and insightful dashboards
- Proven track record of sustainably reducing CAC while scaling campaigns, ideally demonstrated with case studies
- Fluent English (working language); German is a plus but not required
