Role Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a global product team and drive the strategy, development, and growth of SDK monetization solutions within the AdTech ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, mobile monetization, and cross-functional product leadership. - Own and lead the SDK monetization product roadmap and strategy. - Drive product development from discovery to launch and optimization. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. - Gather customer feedback and market insights to define product requirements and priorities. - Translate business and technical needs into clear product specifications. - Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions. - Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and monetization innovations. Qualifications - 4+ years of Product Management experience. - Strong background in AdTech, preferably with SSP, DSP, or mobile monetization products. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Hands-on experience writing PRDs and user stories. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Fluent English. Requirements - Experience with programmatic advertising, oRTB, Header Bidding, or Prebid. - Understanding of in-app bidding, mediation platforms, and monetization standards. - Experience with CTV monetization. - Ability to write and work with basic SQL queries. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for driving products from concept through commercialization, including formulation, testing, and manufacturing scale-up. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on both established, shelf-ready products and new product innovation for major retail channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in formulation development, contract manufacturing, and OTC products, along with a strong ability to lead cross-functional execution and deliver high-quality consumer products at scale. The Product Development Manager, Formulation team member reports to the Vice President of Product Development.
