Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and further qualification as a master butcher (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience selling spices to the meat and poultry industry, with the ability to conduct technical discussions with customers on equal terms
  • Industry knowledge is essential; contacts with decision-makers among customers are desirable
  • A modern, communicative and persuasive salesperson with a problem-solver mindset focused on customer needs
  • Creativity, flexibility and strong self-motivation
  • Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Confident use of modern communication technology, especially MS-Excel and field sales management software; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory with regular overnight stays
