About the Opportunity This is a senior role at the core of our digital growth strategy. As eCommerce Lead, you'll own the customer value proposition, set the product vision, and lead growth through smart prioritisation, experimentation and personalisation-turning strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. What you'll do - Own the eCommerce proposition and growth agenda, shaping compelling shopper experiences across key missions while balancing customer value and commercial returns. - Set the product strategy and roadmap, making clear calls on priorities, investment and sequencing to focus teams on the highest‑impact initiatives. - Drive growth through optimisation, experimentation and personalisation, lifting conversion across the full funnel in partnership with Data & AI. - Lead commercial and stakeholder outcomes, integrating loyalty and last‑mile experience while influencing senior leaders through data‑led insight and storytelling.
