Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Operations Analyst in Ireland. The Senior Product Operations Analyst owns the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. Based in the PMO, the role brings structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases, shaping how demand is raised, assessed and progressed. - Organise existing demand and define clear standards for intake, documentation, and prioritisation. - Ensure all work is complete, governed, and ready before entering the backlog. - Act as the single control point to rationalise inputs from multiple sources and maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work. - Drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders to keep data accurate and work moving. - Design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking, and reporting where tooling is still evolving. - Partner with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate operational needs into system requirements. - Lead the transition to a fully system‑enabled operating model. - Provide clear reporting to highlight demand levels, backlog health, and delivery performance. - Operate with high autonomy and clear outcomes, requiring strong judgement, initiative, and confidence in ambiguous environments. Qualifications - Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments. - A proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes. - Confidence working effectively in environments with incomplete tooling, evolving operating models, or unclear structures. - Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps. - The ability to drive accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority. - A rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes, visibility, and operational control.
