• Translate customer business requirements into technical designs and product configurations • Work closely with customer sales and service organizations to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements • Implement customer requirements using NICE’s software solutions
Job Requirements
- Enterprise applications (e.g. Avaya, Siebel, Genesys, Siebel, SAP);
- EAI tools (e.g. WebMethods, TIBCO);
- reporting/business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos) or database applications
- Project experience – working as part of a team
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and time lines
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment
- Analytical ability – working with formulas, calculations and data
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent)
- Nice to have technical skills: XML, SQL, HTML, LISP, ETL tool

• Provide expertise on DoD COR Program requirements, policies, and objectives, including training CORs on roles and responsibilities. • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze COR program performance against defined goals and compliance standards. • Conduct program planning, evaluation, and analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Collect, validate, and analyze program data, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership. • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations on COR program status and performance. • Support planning and review of key elements of the DHA COR Program. • Apply program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective project execution. • Manage and execute complex project assignments involving cross-functional coordination. • Develop and maintain a centralized COR repository including guides, templates, and instructional materials. • Ensure COR personnel maintain compliance with regulatory, training, and reporting requirements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information dissemination.
• Respond to and follow up on client inquiries related to support/incidents. • Support validation of functional specifications prepared by the product team. • Receive support tickets, assess whether the client’s report is valid, correctly classify the ticket, reproduce or simulate the issue, and provide evidence so the development team can resolve it. • Guide and follow up with clients regarding package deliveries and procedures. • Receive complaints and non-conformities related to tickets and, in critical cases, notify the relationship/products team and your leadership. • Support the relationship team in client status meetings regarding support, when requested.
