Acquisition Consultant – Management Analyst

• Provide expertise on DoD COR Program requirements, policies, and objectives, including training CORs on roles and responsibilities. • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze COR program performance against defined goals and compliance standards. • Conduct program planning, evaluation, and analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Collect, validate, and analyze program data, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership. • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations on COR program status and performance. • Support planning and review of key elements of the DHA COR Program. • Apply program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective project execution. • Manage and execute complex project assignments involving cross-functional coordination. • Develop and maintain a centralized COR repository including guides, templates, and instructional materials. • Ensure COR personnel maintain compliance with regulatory, training, and reporting requirements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information dissemination.
Job Requirements
- Must possess an active public trust clearance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring COR programs and performing detailed program analysis against defined objectives.
- Strong knowledge of DoD COR Program requirements and processes
- Experience with program analysis, evaluation, and reporting
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional program activities
- Familiarity with the Integrative Acquisition Environment (IAE) and DoD acquisition systems.
