Associate Renewals Manager
Workiva
• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues • Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva • Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure • Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products • Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition • Review and validate installed base reports • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information to pursue accounts for renewal • Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business • Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely manner • Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis • Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale and optimize profits • Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion • Communicate regularly with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services
Job Requirements
- High school/secondary school education
- 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model
- Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments
- Excellent time management and territory management skills
- Force Management training is a plus

- On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD Annual
