• Primary person to report out on key supply chain related Plant KPIs • Responsible for implementing, managing, and improving all process related to the materials department • Responsible for setting operations performance expectations and capacity review metrics • Implements production scheduling processes and drives adherence to plan • Responsible for proper production control planning and scheduling programs • Makes certain that deviations to the production schedule are investigated and properly followed up • Implements and improves planning parameters to drive material flow • Coordinates with Operations, Customer Service, Sourcing and Quality teams • Responsible for managing purchasing functions, direct and indirect materials • Investigates and solves problems resulting from any material supply disruptions • Analyzes large ERP datasets (e.g., LN, data warehouse, manufacturing systems) • Creates scenario-based modeling tools for SIOP decision-making • Designs automated dashboards and reporting tools • Develops, maintains and analyzes Metrics to drive process and cost improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3 years of equivalent experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%; Mexico, China, US, EMEA
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing plant/site is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing a team is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, planning and logistics
  • Strong knowledge of lean, JIT, or other related manufacturing methodologies
  • Strong SQL and database management skills
  • Experience with Power BI, or similar visualization tools

The Role As a Global Supply Manager ASIC Tech Lead on the Hardware Procurement team, you will contribute to Block's custom silicon and ASIC supply chain strategy across our mining and hardware portfolio. You will be a technical and strategic leader for managing foundry relationships and OSAT partnerships, driving supplier qualification, capacity planning, yield optimization, and high-volume production ramps. Qualifications Own foundry and/or OSAT relationships: Manage strategic partnerships with leading foundries and OSATs to secure capacity, optimize costs, and ensure supply continuity for Block's ASIC roadmap.
