Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint’s experience and Best Practices with them. Our customers lean on us for our expertise and eye for detail. Do you have the need for speed? As our customer-base continues to grow and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers. This role follows a schedule aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours. Your Day to Day - Work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program - Develop implementation and communication strategies - Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports - Resolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security software - Follow approved escalation process for all other software concerns - Handle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system - Provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience - Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS - Strong interpersonal and customer management skills - Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills - Excellent time management skills - Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently - High energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitude - Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access and Project a plus Benefits - Competitive compensation - Comprehensive benefits - Career success on your terms - Flexible work environment - Annual wellness and community outreach days - Always on recognition for your contributions - Global collaboration and networking opportunities How to Apply Interested?
