Role Description TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Administrateur(trice) de bases de données MySQL visant à assurer la disponibilité et la stabilité des services critiques, un service de support opérationnel, incluant une capacité d’astreinte 24/7 et le respect de niveaux de service stricts. - Assurer le support opérationnel des bases de données MySQL dans un contexte de gestion déléguée, incluant les environnements de production et hors production. - Prendre en charge l’ensemble des incidents liés aux bases de données, via les outils de billetterie, de surveillance ou de communication définis, en assurant une couverture continue (24/7 pour la production). - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents, notamment en lien avec : - la disponibilité des bases de données - la réplication des données - la performance et le fonctionnement général des systèmes - Respecter les niveaux de service (SLA) en vigueur, incluant les délais de réponse et de résolution selon la criticité des incidents. - Assurer le support des environnements hors production durant les heures ouvrables, incluant le suivi et le traitement des demandes opérationnelles. - Réaliser, sur demande, des interventions spécialisées telles que : - l’installation et la mise à niveau des bases de données MySQL - l’application de correctifs - la modification de configurations - la migration ou l’évolution des bases de données - Accompagner les équipes internes en répondant aux besoins d’expertise technique liés aux bases de données. - Maintenir un niveau de service conforme aux exigences contractuelles, incluant la traçabilité, le suivi des interventions et le respect des processus établis. Qualifications - Expérience significative en administration MySQL (en production). - Capacité à intervenir en environnement critique avec SLA stricts. - Expérience en support opérationnel (incident management). - Maîtrise des concepts suivants : - Réplication MySQL - Sauvegarde et reprise - Performance et disponibilité - Capacité à travailler en mode support (et non développement). - Capacité à assurer une astreinte 24/7. - Capacité à répondre à un incident critique en 15 minutes. - Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit). - Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement conforme aux exigences de sécurité gouvernementales, incluant : - Possession ou obtention d’une attestation de sécurité valide. - Participation obligatoire à une formation en sécurité de l’information. - Respect des exigences de confidentialité et signature d’engagements requis. Role Description The Specialist II has advanced knowledge within designated Information Technology (IT) area of responsibility that is applied to broad and diverse assignments and associated requirements. This role plans and coordinates activities related to the design, development, implementation, and integration of IT solutions. The Specialist II analyzes, evaluates, and recommends innovative solutions. The Specialist II applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems. Individuals in this position typically provide expertise and planning to a number of clients by overseeing, coordinating, and implementing medium to complex IT projects. This position may lead and guide other IT staff. - Provide project leadership to ensure that project deliverables and schedules are met by technical resources; manage escalation to the appropriate IT resource management when needed; provide feedback to technical resource manager on the performance of technical staff. - Translate customer and business requirements into practical and affordable solutions; minimize customizations. - Monitor and communicate the financial aspects of each project, such as review billing charges, mitigate budget, and actual variances. - Facilitate evaluation and vendor selection of business solutions using established selection methodology when applicable. - Participate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutions. - Leverage outside vendors, contractors, technical teams, and other departments to drive for results. - Work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with an emphasis on security, accountability, and compliance. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Proactivity (self-starter); can get work done remotely with minimal help or supervision. • Provide support for assigned applications, ensuring high availability • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting and problem resolution • Drive efforts to proactively identify application or system issues improving availability and performance • Ensure application Service Level Agreements are exceeded by maintaining ownership of incidents through resolution • Complete projects, coordinate with team members and provide status updates • Track problems and bugs with vendors and communicate as resolutions are implemented • Responsible for vendor management; system OS, software, & infrastructure upgrades; gathering quotes; investment proposals; and change management • Responsible for providing financial information for budgeting and helping to forecast future spending needs • Coordinate the prompt diagnosis and resolution of infrastructure issues that have an impact on the production environment • Manage demands of deadlines that are responsible for all host services implementations and conversion-related activities • Perform troubleshooting techniques to solve problems, working with appropriate vendors for resolution • Stay current on security-related issues and analyze the impact on Navanta; making recommendations for security management and monitoring processes • Generate and maintain virtual servers; perform cloning tasks and snapshots and monitors performance for assigned systems and applications • Responsible for appliance/workstation/server security for supported systems and software • Responsible for backup strategy, documentation, and verification • Responsible for replication/high-availability strategy, documentation, and verification • Ensure vulnerabilities are managed with priority and aligned with the Navanta vulnerability policy • Perform all duties with a high level of change management aligned with Navanta change management policy • Systems’ performance and capacity monitoring and reporting • Assist in the installation, maintenance and support of company servers • Actively participate in special projects and strategic initiatives based on our priorities for the year • Perform other duties as assigned
