• Provide leadership over the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. • Manage a team of revenue cycle representative staff and ensure consistent quality performance. • Meet established key performance indicators that support access and customer experience. • Follow all revenue cycle management systems, processes, and policies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. • Interpret operational-level reports, analyze data, and present revenue cycle improvement opportunities to customers and leadership. • Prepare reports and analyze data for revenue cycle results and key performance indicators. • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate revenue cycle representatives, and provide coaching and support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or Administration, or a related field, five to seven years of medical billing office experience, of which at least four years were at the management level or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in Epic.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain a customer-centric service approach in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate and interact with all levels within and outside of CHN if necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members

Role Description The Informatics manager serves as a focal point and is highly visible throughout the Pharmacy & Clinical Nutrition Department as well as the OHSU enterprise.
