Job Requirements
- Experience in engineering or backend development roles, with demonstrated success building large-scale maintainable data streaming systems.
- Several years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, preferably in the Streaming space, with a focus on impact, growth, and collaboration.
- Good communication skills to engage with a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences while driving strategies related to streaming architecture, both batch and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., Paimon, Kafka, Spark, Flink).
- Proven background in cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Command of your favorite modern programming language: Python, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C++, etc.
