• Manage a rolling portfolio of hotel openings and conversions at any given time. • Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports to ensure timely execution across functions. • Maintain marketing budget and forecasts within approved budget. • Work with agency partners to develop digital media plan recommendations, implement media plans, and monitor campaign performance. • Provide recommended strategies and tactics that align with hotels segmentation and brand positioning within the market. • Activate paid, owned, and earned media tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings pre- and post-opening. • Support global digital marketing and media initiatives through campaign execution, reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations. • Oversee creative development, content production, and asset readiness for opening and conversion campaigns. • Provide recommended campaign optimizations based on data, media performance, and business objectives. • Provide accurate and timely campaign reporting to hotel teams, commercial leads, and ownership groups. • Translate performance metrics into actionable insights that drive campaign optimization, media efficiency, and strategic pivots. • Identify key learnings from each opening and conversion to inform future go-to-market planning. • Ability to travel up to 15%.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, paid media execution, media buying, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Experience working with agency partners, media platforms, or cross-functional digital marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
- Experience managing multi-property, regional, or global campaigns preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, market segmentation, customer acquisition, and media performance.
- Data-driven with experience in marketing analytics platforms, campaign reporting, performance storytelling, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized, global environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

Role Description The Director of Field Marketing will lead the U.S. field marketing strategy and execution across Oncology for the pharmaceutical diagnostics (PDx) segment.
