Role Description We are seeking a passionate, out of the box thinking Tech Start-up Dealmaker to drive our seed-round fund raising activities. The offer consists of a blend of commissions and equity compensation. Our Senior Management Team is in place and getting ready to officially launch. Key Responsibilities - Broker EpiHelp AB Shares: Placing our shares in the private market is the dominant task for this role. - Planning Seed-round Financing: Assess and understand the business opportunity by analyzing team, technology, and business planning. - Financing Strategy: Build and approve financing strategy for the upcoming fund raisers. - Investor Reach-out: Leverage your skills and network to manage reach-out activities like zoom calls, road shows, and raiser event participation. - Close Seed-Round: The near term goal is to secure funding through Business Angel money to catalyse both Launch and Seed Funding. Qualifications - Proven Leadership: Minimum 10 years senior experience in deal making, private equity and placement, investment banking, or corporate strategic BD/M&A track record. - Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of Tech, AI, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Community, and Platform Technology spaces. - Driving Innovation: Ability to picture, sell, and drive innovative solutions. - Global Experience: Experience working in remote, decentralized teams with a global focus. - Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields with strong experience in Investment Banking, VC, Brokerage. - Minimum Financial Independence: Must have financial independence for the initial period of 3 to 6 months.
