Role Description We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Executive Officer/Founder and Chief Strategy Officer/Co-founder. This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support, maximizing executive effectiveness, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for company leadership. You will operate at the center of the organization, helping leaders stay focused on the highest-impact priorities by managing complex schedules, coordinating critical activities, streamlining communication, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and discretion is essential. The ideal candidate has experience supporting founders, CEOs, managing partners, or senior executives in environments such as venture capital, private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies. Key Responsibilities - Executive Support - Manage highly complex calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities. - Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodations, and last-minute changes. - Prepare executives for meetings by assembling agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation. - Act as a strategic gatekeeper and thought partner, helping prioritize opportunities, meetings, and requests. - Track action items and ensure follow-through across executive meetings and company initiatives. - Coordinate leadership team meetings, board meetings, investor meetings, and executive offsites. - Draft, edit, and manage executive communications and correspondence. - Partner closely with executives to maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. - Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with exceptional judgment and discretion. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, Operations, and People teams on executive priorities. - Manage logistics for investors, board members, customers, partners, and candidates. - Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by leadership. - Help create structure and operational excellence in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. - Office Operations & Workplace Support - Coordinate office logistics and workplace vendors as needed. - Support planning and execution of company events, leadership offsites, and team gatherings. - Assist with visitor, candidate, and investor hospitality. - Help ensure office spaces are organized, professional, and operating smoothly. - Support onboarding logistics and workplace coordination in partnership with People Operations and IT. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives, founders, managing partners, or executive leadership teams. - Experience supporting senior executives within one or more of the following environments: - Venture Capital - Private Equity - Management Consulting - Investment Banking - Hypergrowth Technology Companies - Demonstrated experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast-paced organizations. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. - Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
