Segment Manager – Aerospace
GWS Tool Group
• Lead the commercial strategy, financial performance, and growth of a designated GWS market for Aerospace and Space Structures. • Develop go-to-market sales and selling strategies, including direct sales, channel partnerships, promotions, and marketing literature. • Build relationships with decision-makers among key customers and influential market leaders to understand market trends and customer needs. • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages to expand market share. • Support go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and client value propositions. • Oversee commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost control. • Review financial reports and KPIs to ensure profitability and compliance with commercial objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Over 7 years of experience in commercial or business management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading commercial strategy in a matrixed, client-focused organization.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
