Ensure hand-offs between Sales and Professional Services are smooth and that customer expectations are aligned. - Contribute ideas to improve our internal delivery processes, tools, and templates. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation support role (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech). - Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating resources across teams. - Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar. - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Slack. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
