• Lead onboarding, implementation, and technical support efforts for institutional clients adopting Tutor.com services. • Manage implementation timelines, launch activities, training programs, and client communications to ensure successful deployments. • Build strong relationships with institutional stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle. • Support client integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authentication platforms, and student information systems. • Provide expertise on technologies and standards including LTI, SAML, CAS, and Shibboleth. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues and improve implementation processes. • Analyze institutional usage, engagement, and outcomes data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program optimization. • Develop client-facing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate program effectiveness, ROI, and student impact. • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for both clients and internal stakeholders. • Support development of scalable reporting processes, analytics best practices, and data governance standards. • Collaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows, implementation processes, and client-facing tools. • Contribute to strategic client reviews, renewals, and impact discussions through data-driven storytelling and recommendations.

Role Description Key member of a nimble, highly skilled team owning all financial aspects of Lumen’s multi-billion-dollar Private Connectivity Fabric (PCF) business. Lumen’s PCF business includes large network infrastructure commercial deals across a portfolio of customers. This critical Business Finance team member is responsible for supporting new deal strategy, developing multi-year integrated forecasting, and P&L and cash flow management of Lumen’s PCF business in partnership with key company Business and Finance leaders. Main Responsibilities - Support PCF new deal strategy from a Finance lens and in deep partnership with Lumen cross-functional teams. - Analyze new PCF deal pricing, commercial structures and expected financial statement recognition. - Build and run both standard and custom financial modeling of new deal opportunities, understanding short- and long-term financial and strategic impacts of the deals to Lumen as a whole. - Support existing and future processes related to PCF deal flows, funnel reporting and new sales reporting. - Proactively reconcile internal management reporting and externally disclosed financial metrics. - Help develop integrated, multi-year forecasting of Lumen’s existing PCF business P&L and cash flows in partnership with key Business stakeholders and Finance leaders. - Update tracking of deal performance and execution against contract requirements, budgets and previous outlooks. - Support predictive cash collection and cash flow processes & models related to signed PCF deals. - Support development of PCF financial materials for company executive leaders. - Develop AI and/or automation use cases and implement into the role’s day-to-day activities.
