Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial operations covering daily transaction matching, cash reconciliation, month-end close support, and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online with direct use across multi-account reconciliation and financial reporting workflows
  • Documented experience owning or rebuilding accounts receivable, recurring billing, or failed payment recovery processes in a subscription or recurring revenue business
  • Proven use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for financial analysis, reporting automation, or workflow optimization — or demonstrated history of implementing financial automation tools
  • Experience integrating data across multiple systems (CRM + accounting platform + payment processor) with full ownership of accuracy across the stack
  • Minimum 2 years as the primary or sole finance operator in a company with fewer than 50 employees, with demonstrated autonomous execution under limited oversight
  • English at C1+ (CEFR) — required for direct collaboration with US-based leadership and fractional CFO
