• Execute timely and accurate month-end close activities • Perform detailed Balance Sheet reconciliations • Prepare and analyze monthly flux analysis • Record and reconcile monthly revenue in accordance with ASC 606 • Support the preparation of US GAAP-compliant financial statements • Assist with tax filings and coordinate with third-party advisors • Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations • Deliver proactive financial support to the Senior Leadership Team • Identify and implement process improvements

Role Description We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team and take ownership of key accounting operations that support the day-to-day financial activities of the business. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our accounting processes. Responsibilities - Process and manage accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Prepare and execute weekly payment runs through banking platforms. - Review and approve employee expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Review payroll information and support payroll-related accounting processes. - Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. - Respond to internal finance and accounting inquiries from employees and stakeholders. - Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. - Assist with recurring accounting activities and other finance-related projects as required. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. - Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently. - Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset. - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
