Qualifications - Required Experience - Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience engineering and executing enterprise-level IT deployments and cloud migrations. - Google Workspace Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, directory synchronization (GCDS), API limits, and service account architecture. - Migration Tool Mastery: Advanced, hands-on experience configuring and managing Movebot and CloudM at scale. - Source Environments: Strong proficiency migrating data from Microsoft 365 / Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, and local network file shares. - Scripting & Automation: Proficiency with command-line tools (e.g., Gam/GamADV-XTD3) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). - Preferred Certifications & Education - Google Cloud Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator. - Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect. - Strong foundational understanding of networking concepts (DNS, MX records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, firewalls). Core Competencies - Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to dissect complex error logs and API responses to isolate and remediate migration blockers efficiently. - Data Fidelity Focus: An obsession with maintaining metadata integrity (permissions, timestamps, authorship) across disparate systems. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with enterprise IT executives and technical peers alike. Compensation The annualized base salary for this role will range between $85,000 and $95,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience.
