Role Description DevOps Engineer – Pipelines & Release Engineering para sumarse a un proyecto de tecnología médica. Buscamos un perfil con foco en ingeniería de pipelines y release management, que lidere la estandarización de CI/CD y despliegues en entornos híbridos (Azure + on-prem), contribuyendo a modernizar plataformas de APIs y datos. - Diseño de pipelines reutilizables en Azure DevOps (YAML) para APIs .NET, microservicios y data. - Estandarización de CI/CD (build, test, release) entre equipos. - Definición de workflows de release (promoción Dev→Prod, approvals, rollback). - Implementación de pipelines para bases de datos (SQL Server/Azure SQL): versionado, migraciones. - CI/CD para Azure Data Factory / Microsoft Fabric. - Gestión de paquetes NuGet (versionado semántico, dependencias). - Gobernanza de Terraform (módulos, state, versionado). - Automatización de despliegues híbridos (Azure → on-prem). Qualifications - Experiencia en DevOps / Release Engineering. - Experiencia sólida en Azure DevOps (pipelines YAML, templates). - Experiencia con .NET build & deployment. - Conocimientos en release management y gobernanza. - Fuerte dominio de Terraform. - Experiencia en CI/CD de bases de datos. - Familiaridad con ADF y/o Microsoft Fabric. - Manejo de repositorios NuGet. - Experiencia en entornos híbridos. • Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure optimal software releases in a secure, efficient, and reliable manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices with security, fostering a culture where security practices are embedded in all processes. • Support cloud infrastructure initiatives using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), RDS, and Cognito. • Implement and monitor cloud security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Groups. • Contribute to vulnerability mitigation efforts, incident response handling, and compliance audits. • Manage and monitor infrastructure provisioning in a cloud-native environment, ensuring high system availability and scalability. • Implement system logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure application health and performance. • Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and security.

Role Description The ServiceNow DevOps Engineer is responsible for administering, maintaining and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform, including modules from the ITSM and HRSD, portals, etc. The candidate would be working as part of the DevOps team and would collaborate with the overarching Platform Delivery team to manage software development, releases and changes. - Administer and support the ServiceNow platform - Continuously monitor and report on service levels, platform performance and health - Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks - Implement performance tuning and optimization - Provide level 2 support for handling and resolving incidents - Operationalize the Change Management Process - Support the planning, scheduling, and executing of platform releases, updates, and security patches - Ensure smooth deployment processes and rollback plans if needed - Maintain existing internal services for platform users and develop new ones (e.g. access requests, group configuration) - Develop, test, and deploy minor enhancements for continuous platform improvements - Support and be part of the handover process from the DevOps Team to Operations - Manage user accounts and permissions based on Incidents or Service Requests Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science - Certificate for Certified System Administrator (CSA) - At least 3 years experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, the Service Portal, as well as report and dashboard creation - At least 2 years experience in software development on ServiceNow (UI Builder, Flow Designer, Java Script) - At least 3 years proficiency in ServiceNow modules from the ITSM and HRSD stacks - At least 2 years experience of ServiceNow customization techniques, including form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules - Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and ability to develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs or by other means - 2 years experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON and Microsoft Azure - Self-driven to stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide well-documented records - Fluent (written and spoken) in English Requirements - ITILv4/v5 Foundation – recommended - Other ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CAD, CIS's, etc.) and micro-certifications - Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, data security and information security standards
