As an Agent Support Representative at Precoa, you’ll play a central role in helping our field sales team serve families across the country. You’ll be the trusted connection between agents, internal teams, and systems, answering questions, solving operational challenges, and ensuring the information they rely on is accurate and organized. Residence in the Pacific time zone or willingness to work a later schedule is preferred. What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love It) - Be the go-to support for our field agents. - Respond to requests, answer operational questions, and help our sales representatives stay focused on serving families and closing plans. - Keep critical information accurate and organized. - Maintain leads, records, and key data within our CRM so agents and teams have the reliable information they need to succeed. - Solve problems in real time. - Troubleshoot issues quickly and thoughtfully, ensuring agents receive timely solutions that keep their work moving forward. - Collaborate across teams. - Partner with inside sales, operations, and other departments to coordinate special requests and deliver seamless support. - Create a great service experience. - Communicate clearly across phone, email, and chat while building trust with colleagues who rely on your responsiveness and professionalism. Qualifications - High level of customer service. You enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and ensuring others have what they need to succeed. - 1–2 years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role. An undergraduate degree may substitute for experience. - Strong communication skills. You speak and write clearly, listen carefully, and approach conversations with empathy and professionalism. - Organizational discipline. You can manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy even in a fast-moving environment. - Comfort with workplace technology. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP, and Salesforce. - A collaborative mindset. You work well with direction from multiple teammates and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Role Description The Healthcare Operations Support Manager is responsible for facilitating and maintaining centralized customer support operations and administrative workflows for healthcare account customers. Work closely with Regional Healthcare Operations Managers, Partner Managers, Customer Service Representatives, National Account Coordinators, and the Director of Healthcare Solutions to ensure seamless inspection, service, and customer support process while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
