Role Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. - Credit notes processing: Issue Debit and Credit notes to customers for bonuses and customer returns. - SAP Implementation Support: Act as a key resource in SAP implementation projects, particularly in the AR module. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful SAP deployment, adherence to timelines, and minimal disruptions during the transition. - Process Improvement: Continuously assess AR processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall AR function. - Data Analysis: Analyze AR data and generate meaningful reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR performance. Utilize data insights to drive data-driven decisions and optimize the AR process. - Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP AR functionalities and related processes. Support AR team members in using SAP effectively to achieve their objectives. - Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of AR processes and SAP configurations for reference and auditing purposes. - Problem Resolution: Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex AR-related issues and escalations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges promptly and efficiently. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Sales, and IT, to achieve seamless integration and alignment of processes within SAP and other business systems. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (2 years) in managing Accounts Receivable processes within an organization. - Extensive knowledge of SAP modules relevant to Accounts Receivable (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability to changes and willingness to embrace new technologies and advancements in the AR field. This role requires advanced account management capabilities to influence multiple stakeholders across a coordinated, multi-step process that often spans extended timelines between order and fulfillment. The LTC Account Specialist must connect and align external prescribers, internal facility stakeholders, and LTC pharmacies to successfully navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers. This requires a consultative, strategic, and highly coordinated approach to achieve “drug on cart” and sustained resident therapy. Additionally, this role demands a deep understanding of CMS regulations, payer mix dynamics, and facility-level operational processes, balancing clinical education with compliance and reimbursement considerations. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
