Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains.
- Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment.
- Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in French (written and verbal).
- Experience using Loxo as an ATS.
- Direct experience in contract negotiation.
- Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector.
