• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards. • Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search. • Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment. • Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs. • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer. • Maintain accurate, real-time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent). • Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
- Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering
- Hands-on experience working with MSP companies like – Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower
- Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms like – Fieldglass, Beeline
- Understand U.S. work authorization types – US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc..
- Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Ability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours (US work hours).
