Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in systems administration and onboarding. This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations across APAC, with flexibility to provide remote support to additional global regions as needed. This position is based in India. What You'll Do: - Systems Administration & HRIS Management: - Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. - Administer user access, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with IT and vendors as needed. - Generate regular reports and dashboards on HR metrics for leadership. - Onboarding & Offboarding: - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including HR Induction, system setup, and compliance checks. - Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and stored appropriately. - Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and system deactivation. - HR Operations: - Support the hiring process, including background checks, reference checks, and administrative tasks. - Ensure compliance with APAC employment law through regular audits and policy reviews. - Employment Documentation Management - Draft and release: Offer letters, Employment contracts, Compensation revision letters, Confirmation letters, Experience & relieving letters, Salary revision letters, maintain version control and standardized templates for all countries and ensure employment documentation complies with local country requirements. - Maintain digital personnel files with complete documentation for audit readiness. - Work with relevant third parties, benefit administration, and coordination in a timely manner. - Payroll Inputs & Monthly Processing - Employee Relations & Compliance: - Support positive employee relations and assist in resolving employee concerns. - Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary and grievance processes. - Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent practices across regions. - Compliance & Records Management (APAC): - Maintain statutory documentation records as per country requirements. - Coordinate compliance-related documentation with in-country vendors. - Track mandatory filings and renewal timelines. - Maintain audit-ready employee files and HR registers. - Support internal and external HR audits by providing required documentation. - General Responsibilities: - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. - Stay informed on legislative changes and implement updates as needed. - Undertake training and development as required. - Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
