• Gain understanding of business strategy and translate it into HR solutions that drive organizational goals, employee engagement, and business growth. • Advise and consult with business leaders on HR programs, policies, and initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. • Create organization design solutions that support the business operating model and promote agility, innovation and reduction of non-value adding work. • Build trusted relationships with leaders, employees, and high-potential talent to foster a strong culture and positive employee experience. • Provide strategic HR consulting through diagnostics, org design, change management, and communications to support business needs. • Coach and support managers and leaders on effective team management, development, and employee engagement strategies. • Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to inform business decisions, measure program effectiveness, and influence leadership through storytelling. • Execute core HR programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning, in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence. • Interpret HR policies and develop innovative solutions to address employee relations issues while serving as an employee advocate and maintaining governance compliance. • Work closely with the HRBP team to ensure alignment, consistency, and standardization across the enterprise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources (with roles of increasing responsibility) with an emphasis in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational and talent development/talent management
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance/Financial Services industry preferred
- HR professional certifications preferred
