• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes and products, including pharmacy and partner operations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and client success teams, to identify and prioritize product requirements. • Expand platform capabilities to support new types of medications and enhance Phil’s overall service offerings. • Continuously iterate on product features and processes to improve operational efficiency and meet key performance metrics. • Participate in user research and process analysis to inform product improvements and future plans. • Set, track, and deliver on metrics-based goals to ensure operational success and deliver measurable outcomes for patients and clients.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record in building and managing operational platforms or complex systems.
- Strong track record and passion for driving operations platforms and managing complex systems
- Ability to balance high-level business strategy with detailed product execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Data-driven approach, using metrics and research to inform product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Technical fluency, with the ability to understand engineering trade-offs and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Relevant educational background (preferred)

The MongoDB Query Team is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to provide division-wide, product leadership for our fast, modular distributed query engine and flexible query system. As the most senior product management contributor, you will shape the multi-year strategy, product architecture, and market trajectory for the entire Query business unit. You will be the primary product authority on the most complex trade-offs, anticipating systemic risks and cutting through structural friction that blocks multiple teams and initiatives. This role requires collaboration with distinguished engineers to rigorously debate strategy and pressure-test assumptions and advise executive leadership on options that balance long-term monetization, strategy, and business outcomes.
