• Crear estrategias multicanal que ayuden a conseguir los objetivos del cliente en todas las fases del funnel. • Gestión de campañas PPC: Crear, implementar y optimizar campañas efectivas en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads y otras relevantes para el éxito de la campaña. • Optimización continua: Realizar análisis regularmente del rendimiento de las campañas, ajustar estrategias según sea necesario y aplicar las mejores prácticas de optimización. • Segmentación de audiencia: Diseñar audiencias y elegir los formatos de anuncio adecuados en cada plataforma para asegurar el éxito de las campañas. • Pruebas A/B: Implementar pruebas A/B para identificar variables clave y mejorar continuamente el rendimiento de las campañas. • Creación e implementación de plan de medición: “Lo que no se mide no existe, y por tanto no se puede mejorar”. • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de etiquetas (GTM, Tealium IQ). • Análisis de datos: Utilizar herramientas analíticas para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas, obtener insights y proporcionar informes detallados a los interesados. • Mantenimiento de presupuestos: Gestionar eficientemente los presupuestos de publicidad asignados, optimizando el retorno de la inversión (ROI) y minimizando los costos. • Estar al día con las tendencias: Mantenerse informado sobre las últimas tendencias en marketing digital, PPC y tecnologías publicitarias para mantener informado al equipo comercial de la agencia. • Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar una estrategia de marketing integrada. • Apoyar al equipo de Project Managers y New Business en el desarrollo de propuestas para la captación de nuevos clientes para la agencia.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia comprobada (al menos 3 años) en la gestión de campañas PPC y Paid Media.
- Conocimiento a nivel experto de plataformas publicitarias como Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, Spotify, etc.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de analítica web y seguimiento de conversiones.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Certificaciones en Google Ads, GTM, GA4 u otras plataformas publicitarias.
- Se valorará conocimientos en programática.
