• Growth Marketing & Demand Generation: You plan, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns that measurably generate new leads, create demand and strengthen our pipeline. • Campaign Optimization & Conversion Improvement: You analyze campaigns, target audiences and results, run A/B tests and derive concrete measures. • Brand Building & Digital Visibility: You further develop our digital brand presence and sharpen our positioning. • Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment: You develop webinars and digital events and work closely with our sales team. • Marketing Operations & HubSpot Processes: You are responsible for advancing our marketing automation and CRM processes in HubSpot. • Website, Analytics & Reporting: You optimize website performance and user journeys and build a KPI and reporting framework. • Marketing Planning & Coordination: You manage marketing planning including budgets and work closely with our management, sales and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Digital Marketing & Growth Experience: You bring several years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing and have planned, managed and successfully optimized digital campaigns.
- HubSpot & Marketing Automation: You are highly proficient with HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub, CRM, automations and reporting.
- Funnel, Lead Management & Conversion: You have a solid understanding of funnel optimization, lead management and conversion tracking.
- Analytics & KPI Management: You work in a data-driven way, analyze marketing and sales metrics and derive clear actions.
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: You can demonstrate proven success in generating and developing qualified leads and marketing pipelines.
- Structure & Self-Responsibility: You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner.
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy close collaboration with sales, management and other stakeholders.
