Role Description As our TeamShirts segment continues to grow across international markets, we are looking for a curious and passionate individual to join our TeamShirts Team as a Marketing Assistant or Working Student - Ireland (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This role is offered as a fixed-term position of 3–6 months with a workload of 10–20 hours per week. Growing internationally means understanding local customers, culture, language, and market dynamics. In this role, you will support TeamShirt’s marketing activities in one of our key European markets: Ireland. Working closely with our marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple online marketing disciplines while contributing directly to market growth and customer acquisition. What You´ll Do - Market Research & Insights: - Analyze local markets, customer segments, competitors, and pricing landscapes. - Support keyword research for search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. - Content: - Proofread website content and marketing materials to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy. - Create and optimize content for local audiences. - Translate website content, campaigns, and marketing assets. - Marketing Execution: - Support the setup and optimization of campaigns across different digital marketing channels. - Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on local growth initiatives and content projects.
