• Architect and hands-on build a ground-up publication management platform supporting bibliographic data, curation workflows, reporting, and integrations. • Define and implement the overall system architecture, including application, data, integration, and security layers. • Actively write, review, and maintain production-quality code, setting standards and best practices for the development team. • Select and implement modern technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural patterns. • Design and develop scalable APIs and integration patterns with upstream and downstream systems. • Build and optimize data models and persistence layers for complex metadata and reporting needs. • Design and implement AI-enabled features, such as metadata enrichment, publication matching, intelligent curation assistance, data validation, and workflow automation. • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions. • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards. • Provide architectural guidance while remaining deeply engaged in implementation through all phases of development.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, supporting the sales cycle from discovery through proof of concept, demonstration, and technical close • Design and articulate data warehouse and analytics architectures using WhereScape products across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments • Lead technical discovery to understand customer data platforms, business requirements, and architectural constraints • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements tailored to customer use cases • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data warehouse designs, including dimensional, Data Vault, and hybrid approaches • Advise customers on best practices for data modeling, data integration, automation, and performance optimization • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning, feedback loops, and field enablement • Support RFP and technical evaluation responses, including architecture descriptions and solution designs • Assist with customer onboarding activities and early-stage implementations as needed to ensure successful outcomes • Stay current on WhereScape capabilities, supported platforms, and broader data warehousing and analytics trends

• Build and maintain integrations between internal APIs and third‑party workflow automation platforms such as Gumloop, n8n, Langsmith, and similar tools • Develop and maintain API connectors, webhooks, and data transformation logic • Design and implement event‑driven workflows using webhook and asynchronous patterns • Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and resolve performance issues • Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and scalable • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand integration needs • Prioritize integration work based on business impact and urgency • Document integration workflows, APIs, and operational runbooks

• Partner closely with Sales to support district conversations, discovery calls, demos, and adoptions • Act as the subject-matter expert in ELA, social studies, and integrated, knowledge-building curriculum during sales cycles • Translate complex instructional design and deep pedagogical expertise (science of reading, background knowledge, coherence, inquiry) into clear, compelling, district-ready narratives tailored to the district’s unique context • Lead high-impact product demos that connect instructional integrity to real classroom practice • Partner closely with Product Marketing to craft and refine sales enablement materials, messaging, and proof points • Support onboarding and implementation for early adopter districts, ensuring strong early wins • Help districts plan rollout strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and instructionally sound.
