As a Manager of Business Development, User Experience Services, you will help generate growth within our User Experience Services portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of drug-device combination products and the ability to position Noble’s integrated value across product development and lifecycle management. The Manager will serve as a consultative partner, helping customers develop de-risk development, accelerate time to market, and improve patient experience, while driving sustained revenue growth and pipeline expansion for Noble Services. - Build, manage, and convert a robust pharma-focused pipeline, with emphasis on combination products. - Proactively identify and target high-value service opportunities (device selection, patient insight, human factors, onboarding). - Establish deep relationships within pharmaceutical, biotech, and combination product organizations. - Engage stakeholders across R&D, Human Factors, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, and Market Access. - Position Noble as a strategic partner across the drug-device lifecycle. - Develop and expand OEM/device manufacturer relationships (e.g., autoinjector, prefilled syringe, etc.). - Establish OEMs, CROs, and ecosystem partners as repeatable lead-generation channels. - Collaborate with Aptar Pharma and internal commercial teams to activate cross-division opportunities. - Maintain deep knowledge of pharma and combination product market trends. - Contribute to value proposition refinement, messaging, and new service development. - Represent Noble at targeted conferences and develop thought leadership presence. - Partner with Services and Sales teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, statements of work and programs aligned with customer needs. - Align closely with leadership to ensure pipeline visibility, prioritization, and conversion. - Train and mentor team members. - Develop thought leadership as part of the strategic marketing strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Human Factors Engineering, design engineering or related field from an accredited institution. - 5+ years of business development experience selling services pharmaceutical and combination products. - Proven experience in consultative sales within pharmaceutical or medical devices, preferably combination products. - Strong technical understanding of the development process for regulated drug delivery devices, surgical systems & instrumentation, combination products, and related disposables, IFU’s and packaging. - Existing knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device development regulatory classes, and region to region regulatory standards. - Proven work experience in driving/growing revenue by closing business with key customers within a niche market segment. - Highly motivated and driven; able to think on your feet with strong problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent Noble Services to outside parties. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 CRM. - Willingness to work from home or home office. - Up to 50% of time traveling.
