• Manage complex calendaring and inbox triage for the co-founders, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing requests, and maintaining clear communication on their behalf • Coordinate travel for the Growth team, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary management • Support the People team with interview scheduling and logistics and execution for company events, offsites, team gatherings, and culture programming • Own ad hoc administrative tasks across the organization including research, vendor coordination, gift purchases, and more • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions proactively
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives with calendar and inbox management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities without close supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of integrity around confidentiality and discretion
- Fully remote-ready with reliable availability during Eastern business hours
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs), Notion, and Slack
- Experience using AI to streamline workflows
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with travel booking and expense platforms like Ramp (preferred)
- Experience supporting HR or People teams with event logistics and interviews (preferred)
