Role Description - Develop, maintain, and support web and mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, Django, and Python. - Build and enhance front-end user interfaces and/or back-end systems based on project requirements. - Design, develop, and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and implement technical solutions. - Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and overall user experience. - Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements. - Document technical processes, system updates, and development workflows. Qualifications - Proven experience with React Native, JavaScript, Django, and Python. - Strong understanding of front-end and/or back-end development principles and best practices. - Experience building, maintaining, and integrating RESTful APIs and web services. - Proficiency with databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern development workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions independently. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively within distributed teams. - Experience working with Education Technology (EdTech) and/or Health Technology (HealthTech) companies is highly preferred. - Full-Stack development experience is highly desirable; however, candidates specializing in either Front-End or Back-End Development are encouraged to apply.
