• Define and execute the market segment growth strategy for Networks, Communications & Enterprise Storage aligned with corporate business objectives • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps based on market requirements and competitive insights • Drive go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns to increase revenue, market share and customer adoption • Establish clear Business Segment objectives, KPIs and execution priorities while ensuring accountability across all functions • Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, product positioning, technical value propositions and sales activities • Monitor and analyze business performance, pipeline development, market dynamics and competitive activities • Act as the central point of leadership and decision coordination for the assigned market segment
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in product/technical marketing, sales, business development within electrical engineering disciplines
- Strong understanding of the systems and partner networks behind high-bandwidth, low-latency communications for the world’s most demanding networking and storage applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in go-to-market strategies, campaign management and sales enablement
- Entrepreneurial and customer oriented mindset
- Very good German and/or English skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
