This position is responsible for: - Conducting pre-hearing conferences with appellants. - Attending fair hearings and acting as a department witness. - Completing required actions as instructed by the Office of Appeals. - Coordinating with FAA offices and Fair Hearing Liaisons. - Solving complex problems involving multiple programs. - Reconciling benefits in programs involving both state and federal laws and regulations. - Serving as an advocate in the appeals process. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Qualifications - Three (3) years of experience performing benefits and eligibility reviews and determinations. - One year of case read or quality review experience. - Knowledgeable of application areas within DBME (i.e., AZTECS, HEAplus, CATS, FastTracker). - Knowledge of programs (SNAP, TANF, MA) by the FAA. - One year of experience in trial law, civil law, or corporate law environment; or minimum two years transferable experience in an environment related to the appeals process. Role Description CCOF is expanding our Farm certification team! We are seeking a Farm Investigations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Farm Investigations Specialist reviews complaints about clients, investigations, and positive sample results in addition to providing technical services to certified Farm clients and new applicants to support equal access to the certification process. Essential Responsibilities - Develop investigation plans and ensure consistent application of NOP regulations and Handbook. - Execute investigation and sampling plans in collaboration with the Inspection Operations Department. - Effectively manage an ongoing and dynamic workload of complaints, investigations, and positive sample results. Role Description The Specialist, Brain Health Programs will assist in the development and implementation of the Association’s brain health program portfolio, including education programs, awareness campaigns, and other community engagement efforts.
