• Actuar como enlace entre las áreas de negocio, responsables de cuenta, líderes técnicos y candidatos, ayudando a definir correctamente las necesidades de talento de la práctica de Data & AI. • Ser responsable de la gestión de candidatos y aportar criterio en la definición de perfiles. • Trabajar conjuntamente con responsables de cuenta, líderes técnicos y managers para entender las necesidades reales de cada proyecto o cliente. • Ayudar a transformar necesidades ambiguas o genéricas en descripciones de puesto claras y accionables. • Identificar seniority, capacidades consultivas y encaje cultural necesarios para cada posición. • Realizar cribado inicial de CVs y perfiles recibidos. • Validar experiencia técnica básica y coherencia del recorrido profesional. • Realizar entrevistas iniciales para validar soft skills y capacidad consultiva.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia previa en selección tecnológica, idealmente en entornos de consultoría o servicios IT.
  • Valorable experiencia específica en perfiles de Data, Cloud o AI.
  • Capacidad para mantener conversaciones funcionales sobre tecnologías y roles técnicos.
  • Inglés - B2.
  • Familiaridad general con ecosistemas como: AWS, Azure y GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python y SQL, IA Generativa y LLMs, Arquitecturas RAG y agentes, Data platforms moderna.
  • No se requiere perfil técnico hands-on, pero sí capacidad para entender contextos y diferenciar perfiles.
  • Capacidad de comunicación y escucha activa.
  • Orientación consultiva.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio a perfiles concretos.
  • Buen criterio evaluando encaje profesional y cultural.
  • Organización y seguimiento de procesos múltiples.
  • Capacidad para generar confianza tanto en clientes internos como en candidatos.

Role Description The Quality Improvement Advisor III position is the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services and/or products, and dispute resolution. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - A minimum of 8 years' healthcare experience with preference in prevention and chronic disease. - 1 year of previous supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred. Requirements - This position requires travel up to 15-60%. - The target compensation for this position is $80,000 - $102,000 a year.
